The Assistance Center relies heavily on a group of dedicated volunteers. Without their help, we would not be able to serve the volume of clients we serve each year. Volunteers are the heart of the agency!
ACCC’s call center advocates are specially-trained volunteers that manage our Information and Referral call center. Each advocate commits to at least one 3½-hour shift each week.
ACCC’s front desk staff serve at our reception area and welcome our clients who walk in for help. Each front desk staff member also commit to at least one 3½-hour shift each week.
